I was having an issue with Microsoft 365 which led to losing saved documents and finally being locked out completely. Virtec IT Solutions were able to restore my access to Microsoft 365 and retrieve the lost files. A Great company and a first class service.

ON Fiday I called Virtec IT Solutions who helped me with an email problem i was having. The Guy I spoke to David was brilliant, he helped me solve the problem, set up my e-mail and talked to me as if I was a person and not some computer nerd. On Monday he called again to ensure that my diificulty was indeed resolved. This firm went out of its way to help, offered great advice and help and was outstanding in its performance. Absolutely fantastic service! Long story short, I use my Laptop for work and it broke! A massive issue for me. The big chains Werner helpful and other companies would just take too long to fix it. David at Virtec took my laptop off me in the morning and had it fixed by the afternoon. Fantastic! Will always recommend and use for there honest, speedy and trustworthy service ❤️

David and his team were brilliant, they talked through what they needed to do beforehand, being a business owner and having no access to anything for a period of time was daunting, but they kept to the timescales and it was a seamless process from start to finish. After using Virtec I'll be recommending them to everyone! 😀 My laptop needed repairing and David was able to fix the problem within a few hours (Currys said it would take a week ore more to fix). On top of this David also saved me more money than if I went to a large repair centre. Thank you David for an amazing job, my laptop is now working perfectly. It's like it's brand new again.
